Terms of Service

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Naverila, booking software for solo dog groomers. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Naverila on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.

This is a plain-language agreement for an early product. It reflects how the service works today. We may update these terms as the product develops and will post the date of any change.

1. Who operates Naverila

Naverila is an independent product, operated by its founder. There is no support department: an email goes to the person who builds and runs the service.

Support commitment. Support is by email at contact@naverila.com, and we reply within one business day. We do not offer a telephone line or 24/7 cover, and we would rather state that plainly than imply cover we cannot staff. You can also reach us from inside the app, under Help & feedback, which keeps the conversation in your account and emails you when we reply.

Write to contact@naverila.com for anything in this document. If you need our formal business details — for a contract, an invoice or a data-protection request — ask at that address and we will provide them in writing.

2. The service

Naverila lets a solo groomer set up services, availability and a public booking page; take and approve booking requests; keep client and dog records; and send transactional email to clients. Some features described on our website are planned or limited; we mark those clearly and do not charge for capabilities that are not delivered.

3. Free trial and subscription

4. Your responsibilities

Keep your login secure. Use Naverila lawfully and only for legitimate grooming business. You are responsible for the client and dog information you enter, for how you communicate with your own clients, and for your own pricing, policies and quotes. Don't attempt to access another business's data or disrupt the service.

5. Client payments

Naverila does not process card payments between pet owners and groomers, is not a payment processor or payment facilitator, and never takes, holds, routes or refunds money that a client pays you. You are the merchant in every client transaction. Where the app lets you record an external payment, that is a note for your own records.

Deposits. You can ask a client for a deposit before a booking is confirmed. If you do, Naverila does three things and no more: it holds that slot on your calendar so it is not offered to anyone else, it shows the client a page carrying the amount, the deadline and the payment instructions you wrote yourself, and it records whether you have told us the deposit arrived. The money moves directly between the client and you, by whatever means you chose — we never see it, never confirm it independently, and cannot know whether it was actually paid. Marking a deposit as received is your statement, not a verified payment, and it is what confirms the booking. We do not vet your payment instructions and will not turn them into a link, so publish only details you are content to give a client in writing. If a deposit is not marked received by its deadline we release the slot after a grace period and tell the client it was released; that is a scheduling action, not a cancellation of any payment obligation between you and them. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, tax and receipts for client money are entirely between you and your client. If integrated payments are added later, separate terms will apply.

6. Your data

You own the records you create. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data as CSV at any time, including throughout the 90-day window described below. We keep each workspace's data separate.

7. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your records while your account is active. After that, one schedule applies — the same in every case:

You can export your records as CSV at any point in that window. You can also ask us to export or delete your data sooner by emailing contact@naverila.com — we verify the request before acting on it.

8. Text messages (SMS)

Naverila sends text messages only to its own account holders — the groomers who use the service — about their own account, and only where that account holder has opted in and supplied a mobile number. Those messages are operational: a new booking request, a client accepting or declining an offered time, a deposit the account holder asked for that has not arrived, and a test message the account holder requests from their own settings.

Client texting is part of the paid plan. Where a groomer’s studio has a dedicated texting number that the carrier has verified and Naverila has activated, Naverila sends text messages to that groomer’s clients from that number, and only to clients who ticked the SMS consent box on the booking page: a reminder the day before the appointment, a note when the dog is ready to collect, and replies the groomer writes in Naverila to a text the client sent. The email reminder continues. Consent recorded on a booking page is not acted on before the studio’s number is active; as of 17 October 2026 no studio’s number is active yet. A groomer may text a client from their own phone; such a message is sent from the groomer’s own number, at their own carrier’s rates, and its content is the groomer’s responsibility.

Naverila does not send marketing or promotional text messages, and does not send text messages on behalf of any business other than Naverila itself.

SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of making a booking or of using Naverila. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. A recipient may reply STOP at any time to stop all further messages, or HELP for help. Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Groomers using Naverila must only send messages to clients who have given consent, must not use the service for marketing, and remain responsible for the content of messages they compose themselves. Details of the opt-in are published at naverila.com/sms.

9. Availability and warranty

We work to keep Naverila reliable but provide it "as is" during this early period, without a guaranteed uptime figure or a warranty that it will be error-free. We don't promise the software will fit every business or prevent every scheduling mistake; your judgement and your own policies remain in charge. The providers behind the service — Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare, Telnyx and PayPal — are named in the Privacy Policy so you know who handles your data; naming them is a disclosure, not a security guarantee or a certification.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Naverila is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, giving notice where practical. On closure we follow the schedule in section 7, which matches the Privacy Policy word for word.

12. Contact
